These terms come into play when you purchase access to Sorevon’s AI systems and services. They cover what you’re paying for, how billing works, what our performance guarantee actually promises and what it doesn’t and what we each agree to once you sign up.
We’ve tried to keep things simple, as if we were speaking to you over the phone, but remember: this is a legal agreement.
1. Who you’re doing business with
Sorevon is an American AI company. Our official address is 445 Park Avenue, New York, NY. All payments for our services go through our company directly.
If you’ve got any questions, email us at support (at) sorevon.com.
2. Our agreement with you
This Agreement is between you, the purchaser, and Sorevon. It includes these Terms of Purchase and the written order or service agreement that describes your purchase.
It comes into effect when you accept these Terms at purchase or sign your service agreement. That date is called the “Commencement Date.”
If you’re purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept this Agreement for that business.
What you’re purchasing, what it costs, and any agreed payment schedule must be set out in writing. If someone makes you a promise that isn’t included in this Agreement or your written order, it does not become part of your purchase, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
All prices and payments are in United States Dollars (USD), unless your written order says otherwise.
3. What happens when you sign up
You must make payment using the method stated in your written order. If we agree to a payment plan, you must make each payment on its agreed due date.
Your account access and onboarding will begin within 24 hours after we receive your acceptance and the initial payment due. Account access does not mean every AI system, integration, or campaign will be live immediately. Setup depends on receiving the information, permissions, and approvals needed for your purchase.
The Agreement runs for an initial period of three months, called the “Initial Period.”
After that, a further three-month period will begin only if we both agree to renew in writing. There is no automatic renewal under these Terms.
These Terms will also apply to any renewal unless we agree to updated terms in writing.
4. What you’re actually paying for
You’re paying for the Sorevon AI systems and services described in your written order.
Depending on your purchase, this may include:
Access to Sorevon’s AI acquisition systems.
Setup and configuration of the systems included in your order.
AI-powered workflows for lead engagement, follow-up, and appointment scheduling.
CRM connections and other agreed integrations.
Scripts, templates, and supporting assets used by those systems.
Technical support and ongoing system management where included.
Only the features and services listed in your written order are included in your purchase.
You may need to create an account and connect business accounts for the systems to work. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and give us the permissions reasonably needed to deliver the services.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the systems available. Maintenance, technical issues, and third-party outages may occasionally interrupt access.
AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing the business information and instructions you provide, approving customer-facing content where required, and checking outputs before relying on them for important decisions.
5. Our performance guarantee
What we are promising you is that if you're unhappy with the program then... you’ll receive an extra one month of access to our Program absolutely free; that’s an additional $5000 value.
In order to qualify for the performance guarantee:
First, you must have secured fewer than 10 Listing Appointments during the Initial Period.
The whole 90 days must pass.
You are supposed to take part in at least 12 of Q&A sessions, and your payments must be paid and not returned.
You should have actively conducted majority the sales process as appropriate: calls, visits, meetings, etc.
Your offers should comply with the framework of the training, and this will be checked along the way.
You should also complete the acquisition process included in the Program.
It is very important that if you do not keep pace, for example: less than 5 listing appointments during 45 days,
less than 10 during 90 days, you should inform us immediately about it because we can help you to change the
course of things. In case you will be silent and the period of 90 days will end, you will not be able to get the free
extension, as we will not know about your problems.
Please note that the access period expires in 3 months from the end of your initial period.
6. What voids the guarantee
The guarantee depends on both parties keeping up their end of the bargain.
You will not qualify if you:
Make unauthorised changes to approved campaigns, funnels, scripts, or AI workflows that affect their operation.
Remove or block the account access needed to deliver the services.
Disconnect or disable the systems needed to capture, contact, or schedule leads.
Fail to provide required setup information or approvals.
Fail to follow up with leads or handle booked appointments.
Fail to make payments when due.
Fail to give the progress notice required under Section 5.
Allow your advertising budget to fall below $20 per day, where paid advertising forms part of your service, unless we agree to a different minimum in writing.
Working the leads means checking your CRM each business day, responding to leads and live transfers while they are still warm, confirming appointments, and attending the calls or meetings that get scheduled.
Where Sorevon’s AI handles part of that process, you remain responsible for the steps assigned to you in your written onboarding instructions.
An interruption caused solely by Sorevon does not, by itself, void your guarantee.
7. If you decide to request a refund
Email support (at) sorevon.com after the 90-day period ends to request a refund under the guarantee.
We may ask you to complete a short form and attend a review call so we can check your eligibility.
You may need to provide appointment records, CRM activity, your tracking sheet, advertising records, and relevant account information. Where available and lawfully collected, relevant call recordings may also help us verify the request. Screen sharing is acceptable.
Only provide information reasonably needed for the review. Do not send us account passwords.
If you meet the guarantee conditions, we will approve your refund and confirm the payment arrangements in writing.
If you’re on a payment plan, the refund covers only the service fees you actually paid for the applicable 90-day period, not an unpaid contract value. An approved guarantee refund also cancels any remaining service fees for that same period.
8. Marketing spend and third-party costs
Whether it goes to Meta, Google, or another platform, your advertising money is paid directly to that platform. It is separate from what you pay Sorevon unless your written order expressly says otherwise.
Other third-party costs, including messaging, calling, CRM subscriptions, or integrations, will be identified in your written order where applicable.
If we manage your ads, you agree to provide the account permissions needed to do that work. Your accounts remain yours.
Third-party platforms control their own approvals, policies, availability, and account restrictions. We cannot promise that a platform will approve every campaign or keep every account unrestricted.
Outside the specific guarantee in Section 5, we do not promise a particular number of leads, sales, listings, or revenue.
9. Use of our systems and supporting assets
Your purchase gives your business a limited, non-transferable right to use the Sorevon systems and supporting assets included in your order during your paid service period.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, your access is for one business and, where applicable, one domain.
You must not copy, resell, distribute, sublicense, or share our software, workflows, templates, scripts, or other proprietary resources with another business without our written permission.
Your business data remains yours. Sorevon retains ownership of its systems and proprietary resources.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use the information and contact data you provide to the systems. You must not use the services for unlawful communications or other unlawful activity.
If access credentials or licences are compromised, we may suspend the affected access to protect the systems. We may also suspend services for overdue payments or a material breach of this Agreement, with notice where reasonably practicable.
If you are following an agreed payment plan and your payments are current, that plan does not prevent you from accessing the services included in your purchase.
10. Cancellation policy
Once your purchase is completed, you are committing to the service period stated in your written order.
You may request cancellation by emailing support (at) sorevon.com. Unless your written order or applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current service period.
Stopping payment does not cancel your Agreement. It may lead to suspension of your services, and amounts properly due for the agreed period remain payable.
Cancellation does not affect an eligible performance-guarantee claim or any cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Your service will not renew unless we both agree in writing.
11. Refunds
Refunds will be provided where you qualify under the performance guarantee, where your written order expressly provides for a refund, or where required by applicable law.
Outside those circumstances, refunds are considered at our discretion.
Nothing in this section overrides a refund you are entitled to under Section 5.
Advertising spend and other amounts paid directly to third-party platforms are subject to those platforms’ refund policies.
12. Dispute resolution
If there’s a problem, contact support (at) sorevon.com first so we can try to resolve it directly.
If we cannot resolve the dispute, we may agree in writing to submit it to binding arbitration through a provider and under rules we both accept.
Arbitration takes place before an arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, and rights of appeal are limited.
If we do not agree to arbitration, either party may bring the dispute before a court with jurisdiction, including small claims court where eligible.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Entire agreement and changes
These Terms and your written order or service agreement form the complete agreement for your purchase.
If your written order expressly varies a provision of these Terms, that written provision takes priority for your purchase.
Changes to an existing purchase must be agreed in writing by both parties. Posting a new version of these Terms on our website does not automatically change an existing agreed service period.
Updated Terms may apply to future purchases or renewals when accepted. The date at the top of this page identifies the version.
